Wild Philanthropy catches up with Henry Bailey on how he got into conservation, the need to protect what he calls ‘the spaces in between’ Chad’s protected areas, Environment Sahel’s progress, and the many unique attractions of Chad.

In January this year Environnement Sahel and the Ministry of Wildlife and Protected areas started working with local communities to help them find the solutions they are crying out for.

As part of the protection of elephants, the environmental NGO Sahel has provided the cantons of Bessa, Tapol, Laokassy and Dafra with motorcycles.
